With in-house state of the art facility of automatic CNC cut length to length machine and slitting lines, we are capable of cutting 3000MT p.a. Major source of procurement of CRGO is through import in form of prime mother coil or slit coil or sheets which are new and fresh.
We can either supply CRGO or cut laminations or core assembly with guaranteed losses. Our MQAP assures that each sample is tested for its specific core losses at both 1.5 Tesla and 1.7 Tesla with its visual insulation coating. Core Assembly is further tested at overloading voltage to ensure excitation current is within limit. We have become one of the largest core solution company in the country. Our cores are shear-precise with no-overlapping thus reducing eddy-current losses.
